Estimated Project Value: Under $100 Million

For projects with an estimated value between $5M - $100M, HCPP has arranged for owner-controlled course of construction (COC) and wrap-up liability (WUL) insurance through the Provincial Construction Insurance Program (PCIP). 

To ensure coverage is in place by your construction start date, please submit the completed application at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of construction.

Estimated Project Value: Over $100 Million

For projects with an estimated value over $100M, HCPP will coordinate with our insurance broker to place coverage for owner-controlled course of construction (COC) and wrap-up liability (WUL) through the insurance market. 

To ensure coverage is in place by your construction start date, please submit the completed application 4 months prior to the commencement of construction.
