For projects over $5MM HCPP has arranged for owner-controlled course of construction (COC) and wrap-up liability (WUL) insurance through the Provincial Construction Insurance Program (PCIP).

Construction Insurance Application for Projects Under $75MM

Please submit the completed application and all required supplemental documentation 6 weeks prior to the commencement of construction. This will allow our broker Marsh time to place the project with insurers.
